This has to be one of the best political ads ever:

Good ad.
I was disappointed that O’Donnell could not name a SCOTUS decision that she disagreed with. Kelo and Hiibel immediately come to mind. Maybe Raich. Even Wickard v Filburn, but that’s not too recent.
It seems to me that most of the recent SC cases haven’t been too bad – certainly nothing so earth-shaking that a non-lawyer in a televised debate, where the moderators were as blatantly biased against her as was her opponent, could have come up with something off the top of her head. I give her a pass on that question.
For a hit ad, it isn’t bad – well conceived and executed. That said, I am sick and tired of hit ads. I would much rather see something about why I should vote FOR someone rather than why I should vote AGAINST someone. I miss the days when I could actually vote for a candidate because I believe they deserve to represent me instead of voting against someone.
